The Neapolitan brand Harmont & Blaine continues its recent international expansion by focusing on China, where the brand has recently inaugurated its first single-brand boutique in Shanghai.

The new store has been launched inside the Yaohan shopping centre, while the company is planning further openings in the cities of Beijing, Hangzhou, Nanjing and Chengdu.

“The progressive expansion on the Chinese market will be guided by the evolution of the style that Harmont & Blaine has always had towards the consumer, but with an innovative and contemporary approach to satisfy a market that is constantly changing. We want Harmont & Blaine to be recognized for the Made in Italy taste, for a daily and relaxed wardrobe, which is renewed but which is always synonymous with quality,” declared Marco Pirone, CEO of Harmont & Blaine.

The direct management of distribution with the opening of a branch in China is part of the growth path that aims to open fifteen single-brand stores by 2023; the brand will also strengthen its presence on the market through e-commerce, launching its own virtual store on WeChat in 2022.

Founded in 1995, Harmont & Blaine, whose main office is in Naples, now has over 600 direct employees. The brand has a network of 99 single-brand stores and is present in 464 multi-brand boutiques and 58 department stores in 34 countries around the world.
